Welcome to "The Golden Ticket Online" premier entry!

This is exciting for me for a number of reasons:

As a virtual internet "newb" I have always looked up to those brave enough to put their thoughts, observations, beliefs, comments, or whatever is passing in thought, into written prose for the world to see.

It's kind of like 'exposing yourself' in front of everyone. (Imagine the kinds of feelings that come up when you think about giving a speech with a room full of people watching just you) Your own thoughts, observations, beliefs, whatever are now out in the open.

Since the internet is a place without any lack for opinion sharing (the blogosphere is ENORMOUS) I probably won't get much empathy from anyone out there; but it makes it nonetheless something outside my newbie comfort zone--which, of course, I will continually strive to expand and grow.

So...

I have named my blog above not as some slick catch phrase or marketing ploy (although there is some marketing moxie to be squeezed there), but rather to be my anchor (and hopefully yours too) to a concept that elicits the possibilities and dreams that each of us carry deep in our souls.

I mean, just imagine (as if you were a kid again) having a "golden ticket". Oh, the wonder--the possibilities. The magic and inspiration that are embodied with such a simple item. The freedom to move in any direction you choose with ease because you have a "golden ticket".

This blog will strive to do just that.

To be a place where the wonder and excitement that come with the "permission" that a golden ticket implies is explored and offered--through the filter of my own thought and imagination, of course.

And, too, that I may humbly offer value to those of you who read this, some practical "nuggets" that I have been privileged to learn and willingly share for your benefit and edification.

I am hardly even remotely close to sort of perfect (actually we are all truly perfect beings--maybe the subject of a future blog, perhaps?), but what I learn will be offered for anyone to take from it what they can. My mission is to truly offer something of value. Whether it be some practical advise based on my own experience, or some "deeper meaning" type of stuff.

After all, I have my "golden ticket", so for me the possibilities are endless. Let this be a space for you to also pass with your "golden ticket" in hand. Take with what works for you, feel free to leave what doesn't.

And let me know what you think, too. Dialog and interaction are, in my opinion, the real magic in the internet. If the possibilities are really endless, then I can learn something of value from you, too.

And by the way, yes, I do have an internet marketing business that I promote, share my excitement about, and post ideas and information about. I'm always looking to grow my business; and I have come to believe that the best way to do so is to bring every ounce of value to the table that I can.
